The suggested pace for completing the program is five hours per week, which includes both watching the instruction and doing the exercises.
At this pace, each block will take approximately three months to complete, and the entire Evolve program from block one to eight will take two years.
The structure of the program means that you can work faster or slower to suit your pace, and you will always have access to the videos and instruction.
NOTE: Currently the first block is available and the rest of the blocks will be made available as they are filmed and edited. Our expected schedule of future blocks will be to release a new block every 3 months.
